- 解釈：一旦口から出た言葉は取り返しがつかないから、言葉は慎むべきだという戒め。
- Literal：If a word is already emitted, also by carriage (four animals are stood), it is difficult to follow.
- Interpretation：Because it is irreparable, the words that went out of the entrance once, should be careful with the words. Words have wings and cannot be recalled.
- 類義：駟馬も追う能わず。駟も舌に及ばず。
